Windows 11 - eddie doesn't work - SSL connect error

People, haven't seen that before,

On Windows 11 can't connect neither with openvpn nor with wireguard via eddie. Full system soecs attached, wireguard native app with exported config works fine - no issues, eddie doesn't, can't get the reason, please help. eddie from windows 10 (other laptop) and phone works fine.
