Unable to type username or password

Just got a new Mac running Monterey. So clean install of the OS. I downloaded the Eddie client but am unable to type into the username or password box to even login. I've tried this on all of our users and all of them are impacted. Any suggestions?

Hello!

Is Eddie completely frozen, or is it impossible to type in credentials but Eddie responds to other inputs, for example you can open "Preferences" window and Eddie can be shut down properly from the menu? Do you run macOS 12.0, 12.1 or 12.2?

App is still responsive. Just unable to type in the username or password box. I'm running 12.2 currently, but it's happened on all of them.
