[SOLVED] low bandwidth to german vpn from inside germany

Hi everyone.
Since a few days i experience very low speeds (3 to 14 Mbit/s) from inside germany to the german airvpn servers. I tried different protocols and entry ips to no avail. As soon as i change to to the netherlands i have full speed (90 to 98 Mbit on a 100 Mbit Line).
i am using the vpn client in my router with merlin wrt. All worked fine until a week or two ago.
Am i the only one who experience this?

All of a sudden it works again since yesterday. 8-)
