Auth Fail

i just used it only one day, vpn for android udp and tcp profiles gives eror "Auth Failed" when trying to run. And also i gave fake mailadres in the sign up and now i forgot my password, i could not reconfigure udp and tcp configuration please help

You did subscribe to AirVPN with the account you forgot the password to, right? Just making sure you know AirVPN is a paid service.

Yes i paidt for using 1 month period but unfornately i used mail address which is fake to be anonymous. My credential is dremus@gmail.com but it is just string. i wrote it to support service. Actually i cant understand why openvpn gives auth failed error because i didnt do anything about udp and tcp 443 profile. Sincerely thanks

Auth fails most probably because the private key used is unknown to the servers. Maybe you generated a key but renewed it? Support may help you with all of that, we're only users like you and thus have no access to such information.
