Unable to elevate privileges - unable to initialize service (2.20)

Hi all.

I did search and see there are a couple other postings here somewhat on this topic but they are for different OSes and different versions of Eddie.

On Windows 8.1 x64 I've been running 2.18.9 for a long time without problem, but after upgrading to either 2.19.7 or 2.20.0 I get the error above at launch. Downgrading back to 2.18.9, the problem goes away.

Are there any updates to what might cause or fix this?
