Windows says "no internet"

Hello, sometimes when i connect to a vpn server, the network icon in the taskbar shows no internet connection. When this happens, i still have internet connection and i can browse in the Internet but some programs like spotify cant get a internet connection. 
Sometimes when i disconnect from the VPN the problem is solved and the icon in the taskbar i showing again that i got a internet connection but sometimes i have to restart my pc to solve the problem.

Did anyone notice this problem or anyone have a sulotion for this problem?

I had this problem. Please check this article: link
In short I had to modify one entry in windows registry:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NlaSvc\Parameters\Internet
Modify “EnableActiveProbing” and change the value from ‘0’ to ‘1’.

Hello, it is already set on "1"

For me it solved the problem (and it was a while ago). Probably MS changed that registry key to 1 in some update. In your case it must be a different issue.

I think that the network connection icon is set by 'Network List Service':


Check if it's running on your machine and if so maybe try to restart it when the issue shows again.
Also do you have 'Network lock' enabled in Eddie?

I've had the same happen to me intermittently. Normally when I use Eddie, the internet icon on the taskbar changes from a monitor icon to a globe icon and when I exit Eddie it would revert to the monitor icon. Sometimes this didn't happen and the globe icon would remain. I could open a browser and access the internet but shortly after the browser would freeze and I had to restart my PC to get it working normally again. Reading the replies here I checked and found the Network List Service set as shown above but the Registry Editor item was set as 0, I have reset this to 1 and will see if that helps. Thanks for the tips.
