Terry Stanford 3 Posted ... I installed Eddie latest client on a VPS I am using as a remote workstation. I downloaded a configuration file as per instructions here on the site (config generator). I chose only ONE server. I then set up a port forward and ddns name. I can connect to the VPS via ssh to that port at that IP, or at that ddns address. I just realised my server choice may not be the fastest, not sure how to check for the fastest, but in the Eddie client i chose another server in NL, and connected. I then got kicked out as expected. Tried to reconnect via ssh to that server's IP and it fails, it also fails if i try the ddns address. My understand was that the ddns address should resolve no matter which VPN server I am connected to, is that right? If not, do I need to download a new config file including all servers i may want to use, and then somehow make Eddie use that one? thanks Quote Share this post Link to post
