Eddie - Message

Hi I have a big problem with my eddie clinet please once my pc has been turned off and the first time I start it it comes with this error Unable to obtain elevated privileges (required): Unable to start (no socket)?
Does anyone know what this is due to? i have to restart my computer once it has been turned off and then it then enters windows again then the error is away from eddie clinet
I run windows 10 pro and run with the latest eddie version have tried and uninstall the program completely it does not help have also tried and install other versions of eddie without success
I also experience that even though eddie is not open and running on my computer, open vpn is still running in the background on the computer which is also tiring and a bit strange

Anyone can help me with this?
