I get a blocked message accessing www.tui.co.uk on Nashira (possibly on others too but not all)

This has been going on for a looooooooooooong time

Here is the blocked message:

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://www.tui.co.uk/" on this server.

I'm getting the same on Geminorum. Also www.firstchoice.co.uk

if you connect to an irish server it will open tui.co.uk, don't ask me why.
