Speed issues

Recommended Posts

I am on a 100Mbps connection. I get 2Mbps through the vpn. on most servers. I get the same to 5Mbps up. It is shockingly crap.

I have changed servers and tried again and again. I think this is not worth my money so far. It tells me lies to, it tells me I am downloading at 2Mbps but I only get 1Mbps usually.

So far I am very unhappy with this service. People talk of 10Mbps and up, but I have not seen any such speeds. I understand I am new to VPNs.

Any help or ideas would be appreciated I have read through various posts to no avail.

Hello!

Remember that you can have a full refund within 3 days since you subscribed.

That said, have you tried different ports? Several ISPs cap bandwidth on some UDP ports. Also, can you please send us your client logs?

You can see normal bandwidth which most clients with high bw lines are able to use on our servers in the "Top 10 Users Speed" in our monitor https://airvpn.org/status

Kind regards
