connection interruption using eMule

Hi,

i have the problem that my Eddie is losing connection when im using eMule.
other programs are fine.

my isp is vodafone cable and tthe speed is also slow.
from 1000 Mbit i have with VPN on just 30 Mbit.

is there something from the log that u need to help me?

There is a thread with a similar problem, it's not resolved yet but you can find a couple of suggestions here, including what logs may be useful to share.

I would start checking if port forwarding is properly set in both AirVPN and eMule.

I see two problems: eMule doesn't seem to perform well on VPNs, as pointed out, and Vodafone Cable, which happens to do some kind of QoS/packet reordering or something, triggering Bad Packet ID errors in OpenVPN, which in turn cuts throughput. No solutions are known yet; we need someone adventurous to do all kinds of trial and error.

eMule perform on my other connection very well.

so in my mind vodafone cable is a problem...i dont know if they block or throttles vpn like in old times.

While I don't say "throttle", I do say "something that OpenVPN doesn't like". I've got two years of experience with Vodafone Cable in Germany, so I can write a small poem about it.

thats what happen when i turn on my mule.
there are more programms running. without mule its the most time fine.
