Tor Control authentication not working

Hi, 
I want to use AirVPN with Tor and followed this instruction: https://airvpn.org/tor/
The "test" Button doen't work (unable to communicate with Tor).
As soon as I add 

ControlPort 9151

and 

CookieAuthentication 1

to the configuration in torrc, Tor browser can't open anymore, so I can't complete the setup in AirVPN.

I would be grateful for any help.

Hi download tor bundle and create torrc for tor to pickup those settings.

Run first Eddie with tor enable as proxy. It will try look for tor path with hash password if any tor in background already fully connected to circuit. 

Second you start tor.exe it should look like this...

Step 1: Start Eddie with TOR config
Step 2: Start tor.exe (unzipped from Tor bundle.zip)
Step 3: check tor log and Eddie log by clicking left corner.
Step 4: Happy TOR:ing but it breaks download ability.
