Not connected, Your IP: 3.235.60.144

Hi,
I bought this VPN for my brother back in China. AirVPN works properly on my computer BUT doesn't connect to any server on his.
Every time while connecting, the client says
'Checking authorization...'
'Installing tunnel driver 0901'
'Restart in 3..2..1..'

and goes back into the loop.
I saved the log file on his computer if anyone can help with this problem.
Thank you

Log file would be great. Why not upload it right away?
Anyway, it seems the TAP driver doesn't get installed. In Eddie's install directory there is a separate exe to install a TAP interface. Try executing that directly.

Thank you for replying, my brother was sleeping (china time).
I tried to install the TAP manually but it didn't work.
Here is the log file.

E 2020.08.08 15:30:18 - OpenVPN > Error: Exception: Unable to open for sha256 hash, path: D:\德州扑克\扑克之星\eddie.VPN\AirVPN\openvpn.exe

Never seen such an error before. No results from a quick internet search as well. Weird.

No, it seems to be local. Eddie doesn't seem to be able to open openvpn.exe for some reason. You could try vanilla OpenVPN from openvpn.net, then in Eddie Preferences > Advanced, select the newly installed "original" openvpn.exe and try connecting with that.
