I have been trying to use AirVPN for the past few weeks, but I always get this pop up, and when I click on OK, nothing happens.

I then try and open Eddie again, and it notifies me that there is another instance of Eddie running.

If someone could please help, that would be great.

First, if you are not using the current version of Eddie, which is v2.18.9, update first and try again.
If that didn't help, then, in C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Eddie, rename the default.profile to something else and launch Eddie again. In Preferences > UI, tick Skip promotional messages if you don't want these messages to appear at all.
