bm243 0 Posted ... Hi, I'm having issues with the Eddie client. A few days ago it started acting up. It would work but when I tried to log out and close down it would freeze my computer completely to the point that not even ctrl-alt-delete worked and I would have to turn off my comp via the button. I tried uninstalling using the windows uninstall, then reboot and reinstall. It works but it now won't connect to a server. I suspect the corruption from previous install is still affecting the new install. Is there a way to do a completely clean uninstall and reinstall perhaps? How can I get the client working again? Thx Quote Share this post Link to post
OpenSourcerer 1447 Posted ... In C:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Local\Eddie, delete the default.profile file, then start Eddie again, don't change anything and try to connect. If it still doesn't work, in Logs tab, click the lifebelt icon and upload or paste the output here. If you choose to paste it, consider using the LOG format, it's the top left button in the post editor. Thank you! Quote Hide OpenSourcerer's signature Hide all signatures NOT AN AIRVPN TEAM MEMBER.
