Hi,

I can't access https://alldebrid.com/ now from any AirVPN server. It is up (link below) but just times out on any server I try, and the route checker reflects this. Is this is an issue with AirVPN or with them? It stopped working a few hours ago. I have also reached out to them and await their response (if any). Many thanks.

Hi,

I have the same problem. It seems that the subdomain " cdn.alldebrid.com " does not work through AirVPN. I don't know why.

I just sent a request by contacting the support. Wait and see.

I just hope this will work again soon.

Edit: you are true, the whole domain " alldebrid.com " seems unreachable ....

Access has been partially re-enabled but through a routing IP that is not whitelisted by Alldebrid. Until this changes, you will have to use the whitelist request form and hope they whitelist the new IP. I have done so and encourage everybody else to aswell.

That's the answer I got also.
Concerning Alldebrid here is what I get at the moment: " Error : This IP / range / CIDR is already waiting the validation "

By the way, do you also use Jdownloader with the alldebrid account ? Personnaly,  I'm facing problems with Jdownloader so any other experience is good to read.

Anyone else having problems with Alldebrid right now? Everything was working fine for months, but since yesterday evening their service refuses to work when I'm connected to AirVPN.
(Error : Dedicated servers are not allowed on Alldebrid. If you are using a VPN, you can fill this form to allow your provider => https://alldebrid.com/vpn/)

When trying to fill that form, the displayed IP doesn't correspond with my AirVPN IP address.
According to Alldebrid my IP is 116.203.40.18 (which belongs to the Hetzner IP range), but all other websites show my correct IP also displayed in Eddie.

I've already contacted their support, but they insist that it's a problem on AirVPN's side :-/

Any ideas?

AirVPN does not have servers with Hetzner. Almost all of their offers are metered and forbid some of the things VPN users usually do around here via ToS. So I don't see any way Alldebrid's information is right in this regard.

They do mention that using a VPN is useless with their service. Maybe don't use AirVPN with them to avoid this?

That IP does not belong to Hetzner. It outsources from somewhere in India.

I see ... I was using https://ipinfo.io/116.203.40.18 to look it up, and according to them that /16 range belongs to Hetzner.
Anyways, the problem seems to be resolved, today the correct IP was shown and I was  able to whitelist it.

No idea why it still says India, various IP-APIs report the whole /16 range as Hetzner (AS24940).

Anyway, I'm a bit amazed that Alldebrid's check traces you to Hetzner when everything else disagrees. No idea what broke there.
And even more amazed that WHOIS is not updated for any of the addresses in that range.
