ANSWERED Does Eddie automatically reconnecting reveal my IP?

Hi

Using Eddie with "Network lock" on, and "Lock current server"  on:

If my internet service provider drops out..... for a few minutes.... Then Eddie reconnects to the same VPN server......Does Eddie automatically reconnecting reveal my actual IP while connecting?

Generally, if Network Lock is on, no connection will be made anywhere until a working tunnel is established.

to whom... revealed to any website or application i am using on the PC

Does the action of reconnecting reveal my IP? 

So if i unplug my internet or my service provider drops out is my IP still protected during the reconnection process?

Also similarly ...is my IP protected when i boot the PC?

Only if NetLock is engaged.

Nope. Eddie can only engage NetLock if it's launched and will disengage it upon exiting.

This is excellent... so to clarify

My internet service could be going on and off all day with Eddie reconnecting multiple times.   but as long as "Network-lock" is engaged..I'm never revealing my IP.
