ANSWERED 2.18.9 connect at startup - Win 10 64

Eddie wont connect at startup on Win10 64 - 2.18.9 - Any one else having issues?

I had an issue with it not starting up with Win 10 64, but I could restart and it always then worked. I concluded that Eddie doesn't like Windows Fast Boot.  Disabling Fast Boot in Windows resolved the issue for me.
