james100 0 Posted ... Hi, for some reason my settings changed on qBittorrent. I got help on this forum before but I can't find my old post. How do I tie qBittorrent to Airvpn? It was something like 'change network interface to tun0', but are there any other steps? Are there any other settings people would recommend setting on qBittorent? thanks a million Quote Share this post Link to post

Preferences --> Advanced Settings: Network Interface (requires restart) --> tun0 Right under that, there's: Optional IP Address to bind to (requires restart) --> AirVPN server IP address The only other major setting I can think of: Preferences --> Speed --> Rate Limits Settings --> Apply Rate limit to uTP protocol should be unchecked. On a side note, running qBittorrent 4.2.4 / 4.2.5 gave me a lot of issues in Linux Mint 19.3. So, I had to revert to 4.2.3. Quote Share this post Link to post

If you set an IP, the moment it changes qBittorrent can't connect anymore. Also depending on the choice qB won't use the other IP version at all. 20 minutes ago, monstrocity said: The only other major setting I can think of: Preferences --> Speed --> Rate Limits Settings --> Apply Rate limit to uTP protocol should be unchecked. uTP should be disabled completely.
