The other is a SLAAC address (StateLess Address AutoConfiguration) usually made from the interface's MAC address and self-assigned always if IPv6 on an interface is enabled. Through this address a router will be asked for an IPv6 prefix (it's called the Router Advertisement), so that the machine can assign itself a Unique Global Address.
