windows 10 after connection internet down with any server

windows 10 after connection VPN, internet down with any server.i did not understood why?Because with other system i can use without any problem.Here is my logs.Please someone help me

I realised only udp ports not working on PC(actually it connects but extremely slow). But however with same udp ports on Phone (also same wifi connection) it works fine.Now can someone help me about this issue.I did not understand why just with PC not working UDP ports?
