I have just one simple question : Is AirVPN keep any information about identity and transaction after a payment with a visa/mastercard card or paypal ?

AirVPN does not. However all information is held both in your and AirVPN PayPal accounts, or in your credit card company records. Such information can not be deleted and will be maintained by PayPal or by your credit company for a very long time, according to the appropriate legal framework.
