Any one know the VPN client can rotate server/IP ?

I want to know is there any rotating IP/servers function ?

e.g. change IP per 10 minutes.

We're now in a situation where this question is being asked at least once a week. We have plenty of answers already, so I suggest for a more elaborate answer just take a bit of your time and search the forums.

Short answer is no. If you really need it, use Tor instead.

I followed the above link and keep run the bat file
BUT
it seems not change IP periodically, I still need to disconnect reconnect manually.

ANY idea ?

Did you change the TAP adapter device name?
If your TAP adapter has a different name then it will not do the DISABLE/ENABLE .... Disconnect/Reconnect.
If you use Eddie app how many servers have you "whitelisted".?
If you only have one as per whitelisted server list it will will always connect to the same one.
