Macbook Internet not working without Eddie

Hello,
Hoping someone can help me troubleshoot / reset my settings. My internet access doesn’t work at all anymore without Eddie - I only had a 3 day trial purchase and Eddie is now uninstalled. I’m working on Mojave 10.14.6 - I’ve unticked all proxies and unselected DNS servers in network settings. Please help! Need internet for work.
