Hello,

I got AirVPN yesterday (Thanks for the Halloween discount 😉 ). I can connect to the vpn with my PC and smartphone, but can not use internet...

Today, in office, with my smartphone, AirVPN works very well! So I suppose the problem is from my router (TL-WR845N). I checked its settings:

• SPI Firewall: Enable
• PPTP Passthrough: Enable
• L2TP Passthrough: Enable
• IPSec Passthrough: Enable

What shoud I do?

On your PC and after you connected, is it possible for you to ping for example 1.1.1.1? Because the connection log seems alright to me, but it could be DNS.

Erm, okay. These results indicate it's the other way around: Internet when connected but none if not, which reeks of a bug in current stable Eddie v2.16.3 where sometimes your network is not reset back to how it was after you enabled Network Lock. The solution is upgrading to an "experimental" version, which is not so experimental to be honest, almost safe for daily use... you could try that and see if it helps.

On Android, though.. I don't see the problem, I must admit. Can you maybe disable VPN Lock and try a connection? If it still doesn't work, I'd advise reenabling it.

Your assumption about the router is unlikely, but if you run out of ideas, try disabling the SPI firewall and see if that helps.

On PC, I am on Solus and I can not install eddie-ui (or maybe I don't know...). So I borrowed a laptop with Manjaro and I tested Eddie. Impossible to connect: "Checking route IPv4 failed". How can I fix that?

Well, eddie-ui-git is not in the official Arch repositories, it's on the Arch User Repository, called the AUR. A clean Arch install does not access it, you need to use another tool for this, called an AUR helper.

But since you're using Manjaro, the package manager there of course bundles an AUR plugin which accesses it. I was missing that info, therefore I asked about possible helper usage.
