Not connected? Not reachable

Hi,
There is this message int he client area of your webpage:

"You aren't currently connected to any server. If you are facing issues with our service, please do not hesitate to contact us."

What is that meaning? I think I am using AirVPN server Ain in Sweden. But I get this message.
Also in my torrent webpage where I download film, music and so on it is stating that I am not reachable. No one can contact me and download from me I think that means. And the webpage ask me to make a port forwarding in my router.
I have however downloaded just 5 minutes ago.

Also I just noted I can not search in DC++ (AirDC++) anymore.
Only if I use the setting "enable automatic incoming connection type detection".
I believe this is same problem I have had last time. Last time I did not do anything and then suddenly it worked again about searching.
Is there something wrong with the port forwarding I have activated in the client area?

Don't do that.

Yes. It stopped working around Friday 10pm EST. Oct 18.2019
