Very slow speed and inconsistent connections. How should I ask for help?

I'm having a lot of issues where my download speed is too low. Usually less than 100 kbit/s even, making the internet useless for anything but some low resource browsing. Additionally, sometimes it fails to connect several times.

Unfortunately it has been a very long time since I configured the settings for AirVPN so I don't remember what I did, but originally it did not have much for issues after following a guide on how to use it. I'm using the Eddie client.

I would increase the send and the receiver buffer to 512kb
