eddie 2.16.3 crashes how to manual Deactivate Network Lock?

mac 10.12.6, eddie 2.16.3 often crashes when i click the button Deactivate Network Lock i force quit eddie and the network lock is still on because i cannot access internet, i have to Restart the mac. how can i manually Deactivate Network Lock without restarting. thank you!
