Did you just commit some kind of fraud?
I see zero reasons PayPal (ask Police to) come to your house for using VPN.

Since 2010 only a few AirVPN servers were seized by police, and that was for hacking
some Bitcoin exchanges and serious crimes.

A VPN is not a tool to commit fraud, and also not a medicine for stupidity.
Not sure which one caught you first.
