ANSWERED Unable to access a domain with Airvpn

I have noticed in the past few months that I am unable to access this domain when I use Airvpn (any of its servers):

I can't access it even when I use the Tor browser (with airvpn client working at the same time), which is odd. 
When I try to access it with Opera browser, this is the error page I get (after several minutes of trying to access it unsuccessfully):

This site can’t be reached
klaus-schulze.com took too long to respond.

Surprisingly enough, it can be pinged and traceroute also seems to work:

However, none of the browsers is able to access it. I tried with chrome, firefox, opera and tor. 

But when I switch off the Airvpn client and use just my ISP, I am able to access the above domain. Can this be fixed, and why does it happen?

Cannot reproduce through Mirfak (DE) viewing with Firefox.

True, with that server I am able to access that domain as well. But most of the other airvpn servers seem to block it. Try for instance with Veritate (DE) or Camelopardalis (NO).

All servers reachable according to the check routes feature. Can you try again with the servers you mentioned?

Nope, it's still unreachable through Camelopardalis, Veritate, Caleano (NL), Rukbat (NL) and many others. Please note that when I say unreachable, I mean unreachable through a browser. I am now connected to Rukbat and can't reach that site through any browser, but I am able to ping and traceroute it.  It looks like there is some kind of block for that site on the browser level for some airvpn servers, but not for the others. Strange.

There is no browser level. The route checker does a normal HTTP query like a browser would do and all servers get a 200 back.
Can you try with another machine?

I just tried with my Android phone using the official Eddie app from the Google store. Unfortunately, it's the same story. It doesn't want to open that site in Firefox browser (Firefox for Android) - just shows like it's trying to connect to the site, and hangs in that state for about 2 minutes, then displays the message "The connection has timed out". 

The same thing happens if I use OpenVPN for Android app instead of Eddie and configure it by giving it airvpn config file for some servers.

Again, just like on my main laptop Linux Mint computer, when I connect to Mirfak on Android, klaus-schulze.com does work without any problems. When I connect through Camelopardalis, Veritate and pretty much any other airvpn server, it won't display in Firefox on Android and eventually times out. I don't know how to perform a traceroute on Android, but when I do it on my Linux Mint laptop it will always work, even for servers which seem to block that site in the browser. Could this be, then, due to my ISP?

The site is probably blocking some IPs and subnets specifically, doesn't work on 2/3 Tor nodes I tried as well.

I know about the possibility to use web archive, but that's not really a mirror strictly speaking. I check out that site from time to time because they do post updates. It's not a site that never changes.

I also think that that site must have some kind of block for VPN and Tor IPs... that's the only explanation.

If you like that site, maybe tell them there is a very new thing now, called javascript, and HTML5 :)
And there are things like Wordpress that can make it really good indexable site that is possible to read and search.
Maybe also that blocking IPs is from 90s, just how the website looks. At least they are consistent with this part.
