Hello!

We don't detect any problem on any Serpentis port. All the monitoring & supervision systems show that Serpentis is up and running, listening to and accepting connections on all the designed ports.

Is anybody else facing the same problem?

Kind regards

Same here. On port 80 I can't connect sometimes and so on 53 both ofr UDP. The connection speed is much slower and response time.

I can't connect to serpentis using UDP Port 443 as well. Connection on TCP/80 is working fine.

Hello!

When Serpentis is under flood / DDoS attacks, the hardware firewall in front of it drops UDP packets [EDIT: correction, it shapes UDP traffic against flooding] in order to let Serpentis continue providing the service on TCP ports.

Kind regards

OK, so that was the problem - DDOS? I'll download the TCP config. Is there anyway to have a section that alerts to which servers are being attacked, when it happens? Sad that idiots (or the RIAA/MPAA) DDOS VPNs.
