ANSWERED Connect to best server in X country

Is there a domain or IP I can use to connect to the best server in X country?

 

I have been using the ip from a single server but sometimes during the day the speed is not great so I was wondering if there is an ip or dns record I can use to have my router restart the vpnclient every X hours and refresh to a better server at that moment.
