blender,org not working behind USA servers

Hi Guys

https://www.blender.org/ no longer works for me when connected to any U.S. server I have tried. Loads instantly when VPN is turned off. Looks like it is some of the southeast usa servers causing the issue not the website. changed to Rasalas and am able to reach the site like normal.
