UK Virgo and Cygnus not working

I can't connect to either Virgo nor Cygnus UK VPNs, but I can connect to other VPNs such as Castor and Tauri. This has happened a few times before.

This appears to have been resolved now for UK Cygnus. I can't confirm for Virgo as I'm getting the "invalid VPN secrets" error message that I sometimes get if I switch between VPNs.

this is happening for me this morning too

i redid my config and its fine now

ok maybe not.. it keeps dropping out

Hi and yupp got the same problem can't connect to either of the UK server, however I could connect though to other servers. Here is the log file from the attempt don't know if this can help to solve this.

If you need a UK server, currently please use Cygnus only. Virgo has issues we are looking into.

i hope this is fixed soon because cygnus is unusable at the moment with everyone moved onto it. its taking minutes sometimes to open a website page and as soon as i disconnect from the vpn the pages open in a second.

Hello!

It's not a problem of server load: Cygnus can handle many more connections. It has just 10-15% busy bandwidth and an average load next to 0. Probably you have peering issues with it, please try to change server to check.
