ANSWERED Origin (App, not website)

The app gets blocked by several servers. You can log in but then gives you an error message that some error occurred and can't use the app anymore.

 

Tested on Mekbuda (ES), Taurus (ES), Eriadnus (ES), Alphecca (NL), Bellatrix (UK), Nunki (UK), Tucana (DE), Markab (CZ)

 

This problem started about 1-2 week(s) ago and I think it's getting more and more servers.

Can you please post (or send us in a ticket) the system report generated by Eddie (the Air software client) and taken just after the problem has occurred?

 

Please click the "Logs" tab, click the life belt icon, click "Copy All" and paste into your message.

Sending a ticket as it contains personal information...

 

Edit: Can be closed, after contacting EA/Origin apparently it was a problem with the Origin Cache. Still don't know why it started to not work with specific IP's some days ago while others worked perfectly.
