managing network speed ?

hi ladies and gentlemen

 

so i am a linux user and installed by manjaro arch repository the airvpn client.

excellent software, friendly user for me but i would like to manage the network speed

not to abuse of the formation center i'm currently live in.

 

could you explain me how to make it ? i wen't up to 23mo/s and was surprised and

unhappy to take alllllll the network as vpns are forbiden here
