extending subscription using coinbase

can anyone give me some pointers cos I'm completely lost here.

Did they change these options on AirVPN for paying with BTC?

I just can't remember how I did it the last 2 times except that I know I used coinbase for paying. I have an account there specifically just for using to pay AirVPN.

When I pick BTC payment in AirVPN page I get 2 options and both are confusing to me. One is Bitpay that I presume I need an account there and also the same for coinpayments.

How do I make a payment directly from coinbase? Or that's not and option any more?
