Musical.ly service is apparently reachable via the app but when anyone gets sent a link via IM, for example, and they view it in a browser, the page loads but the content is blocked. Example link would be something like https://musical.ly/v/MzE3NDEyNzc5Mjc3MDY5MDA1ODY0OTc.html

The issue was previously present on select servers but as of today all servers appear to be affected.
