whiskey_76 6 Posted ... My favorite web broswer is Firefox and I have hardened it for use with AirVpn. However, one website flash streaming videos don't really display that well, but it works fine on Chromium. What settings should I change in Chromium to help protect my privacy? I already installed a web rtc blocker add on, which appears to be working but the privacy and overall settings seem to be less customizable than in Firefox. Does Chromium have an about:config type of page to adjust everything or is what I see in the menus's what I get? Thanks for any replies. Quote Share this post Link to post

The flash plugin on Firefox seems to be latest version. I am using Ubuntu and I don't have to manually update it every time as I did when I was using Debian. It gets updated with the software updater application. Seems like since the last Firefox update live streaming video using flash on one website wont work just get a white screen, it's really weird. Oh well, does anyone know if the pale moon browser handles live streaming flash video alright? edit: literally as I am typing this another Firefox update was ready, and flash video works again. Really weird. Quote Share this post Link to post
