Had to do a complete reinstall of my desktop computer.  It runs Win 8.1.  After getting Airvpn setup and SimpleDNS crypt, I checked the hidden cards out on SimpleDNS Crypt and it showed two IsaTap cards.  Any idea why this happened all of the sudden?  And if they are not needed, how would I get rid of them?  I know they are connected to IPV4 and 6 but I downloaded the IPV6 plugin for SimpleDNS crypt to ignore IPV6.

Thanks in advance  for any help

According to:

https://simplednscrypt.org

Uninstall

To uninstall Simple DNSCrypt and dnscrypt-proxy, just go to the Windows Control Panel (Programs and Features) and search for Simple DNSCrypt.

Did you try this solution?

ISATAP would be normally added on any new adapter on Windows 7+, unless you choose to disable it.

For specific virtual IPv6 plugins you will have to refer to the wiki page which supports them.

This is not a recommended setup (in terms of leaks and forum support, until the entire infrastructure is not yet IPv6 ready), so proceed on your own consideration.
