Trouble disabling IPv6 in Fedora 24

Hi,

 

I've tried a few different instructions for disabling IPv6 in older versions of Fedora or Linux generally, and I have had no success.

 

Is anyone else having problems with IPv6 leaks in Fedora, even after attempting to disable IPv6?

 

Does anyone have any suggestions for solving this issue?
