can't sign on to Eddie

I'm having problems logging into Eddie on a Mac running Yosemite.  I've used AirVPN before on this mac with no problems.  This time after a purchased a 3 day pass, it won't let me log in to Eddie.

 

I can log in to the AirVPN website, but not Eddie. The Eddie client keeps bouncing when I put in the correct password.  

 

I tried to use Eddie to reset the password but Eddie needs my AppleID password to do so, and Eddie won't accept my correct AppleID password which I know is correct.

 

I submitted a support ticket and support just said, "That's weird. Try it again." Still no luck.

 

Any ideas?

It is working now.  Actually, as support pointed out, I needed to enter my login (AppleID) password, not my Eddie password, to allow "Eddie to make changes".
