ANSWERED Some BBC live streaming blocked

Hi!

 

From a Dutch  server, I can correctly watch the BBC iPlayer live channel streaming (BBC One, BBC Two, etc.) if I use the web browser, or the smartphone app. However, I am unable to watch it using other sources, such as Kodi. I have investigated, and found out that:

 

When using the browser streaming, Wireshark reports a connection to host

vs-dash-uk-live.bbcfmt.hs.llnwd.net

which works fine

 

Kodi, instead, tries to connect to either of these hosts:

vs-hls-uk-live.akamaized.net
vs-hls-uk-live.bbcfmt.hs.llnwd.net

but both appear blocked

 

Would it be possible to fix it? I can share more details if needed...
