It's worth pointing out there wasn't any CAPTCHAs for quite some time for me and that you did not tell us a single thing about your setup, which makes it impossible to compare.

I'm using Kodi on Android and with connected VPN the only working Server for bs.to site seems to be the Kitalpha, CH Server (had tried a dozen or more servers).

I think it is because Kodi don't work when captchas are displayed.

Are there any other known working AirVPN Servers for this website or is it possible to connect simultaneously with more then one device to the same Server ?

Officially no, technically it's possible if different ports are used. To avoid issues, connect each client to a different server.
