It's not all that surprising. A week ago, I couldn't reset my password to log in.  After that, I placed my order, but the next day, they canceled it.  I called, and they placed the order over the phone. That worked fine and my order arrived. Then I get a letter in the mail that my account has been suspended for "suspicious activity."  Now the site is completely blocked.
