My Reveal IP Revealed

Guys;

 

I am looking for suggestions on why my real IP is revealed when I go to sites like whatismyip.com and my real IP is displayed.  Other sites will reveal my VPN address.  I am connected through my VPN connection at all times.  My real IP gets revealed at about 80%-20% of the time.  About 20% Real IP revealed.  I checked my firewall rules and don't see any rule allowing my real IP.  Could my browser be exposing my real IP?

OpenVPN

AirVPN

Yep, it's squid's fault.  Plenty of talk about that in this forum.
