Hi, admins. Hope you've got an answer here!

I've always recieved

AUTH: Received AUTH_FAILED control message

trying to connect to your server. What's wrong with services?

I've added auth-user-pass string to config file

But with or without the string resonse is the same

@airUser

Hello! The problem is that you are not authorized to connect to that server: it's a premium server, reserved to premium members.

Please connect only to the free server. If you want to become a premium member of AirVPN, please refer to "Payment plans". A premium member enjoys no bandwidth limitation and minimum guaranteed allocated bandwidth, plus 20 remote forwarding ports and fast customer assistance.

Kind regards

Hello!

94.23.211.188 is ok, it's the free server. Please be aware that in the log you were trying to access the premium server.

We'll investigate into the matter, thank you for the warning.

In the meantime, try to open a completely new account, re-generate and download configuration and certificate files (air.zip), and let us know if you can access free server with the new account.

Kind regards

Hello !

@booty69 maybe you should check out the update.

Holy thread necro as well lol, 2011 haha. Back then, .ovpn config files were shared by chiseling them into small rocks you know. Mods aren't going to be pleased.
