Bank of America

Every time I try to logon to Bank of America mobile banking (www.bankofamerica.com), their system runs me through security questions and/or forcing me to receive an authorization code and enter it before allowing me to proceed.  This is happening on current version of Windows10 on my laptop using either Microsoft Edge or FireFox.  I don't seem to have that problem using the Bank of America app and airvpn on my iPhone.  With no airvpn, I get right into the bank.

Any suggestions?

Companies monitor IP addresses of their users and will interdict a session with a security checkpoint if their system feels there is any risk. When using VPN services, it will happen more often. Some systems will remember your history and interdict less over time, some not. It varies.

What 'Fly AirVPN' said.  Building on that, if you're a US resident (which you probably are if you're using Bank of America), you may wish to stick with only using USA-based AirVPN servers when doing banking.  It's possible the bank's IT systems could flag your account or possibly even close it due to suspected fraud if they see various foreign IP's logging in with it.
