Staff 10014 Posted ... Hello! We're very glad to inform you that two new 1 Gbit/s servers located in Singapore are available: Aries and Reticulum. The AirVPN client will show automatically the new servers, while if you use the OpenVPN client you can generate all the files to access them through our configuration/certificates/key generator (menu "Client Area"->"Config generator").The servers accept connections on ports 53, 80, 443, 1194 and 2018 UDP and TCP.Just like every other Air server, Aries and Reticulum support OpenVPN over SSL and OpenVPN over SSH.As usual no traffic limits, no logs, no discrimination on protocols and hardened security against various attacks with separate entry and exit-IP addresses. Do not hesitate to contact us for any information or issue.Kind regards and dataloveAirVPN Team 11 go558a83nk, encrypted, Stevieoo and 8 others reacted to this Quote Share this post Link to post

serenacat 83 Posted ... Good until the next time an undersea earthquake or fishing trawler takes out the Perth-Singapore cable again for a few days.My ISP uses Vocus which often (?) seems to route Australia-HK via California, so Europe is faster.Or venture into the US/Can global cyberwar and cyberpolice and cyberdatasales freefire zone. There is "heavy shit going down".https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/national-security/three-white-house-officials-tied-to-files-shared-with-house-intelligence-chairman/2017/03/30/de4b8c30-1589-11e7-9e4f-09aa75d3ec57_story.html Makes you glad to be behind a VPN and outside the 5 eyes just to access the mainstream media. princi 2 Posted ... Cool - just tried it. This is my chance to route everything through VPN and still have a local IP - microrouting will make it or break it. I noticed Molotov (FR) works through Aries, but CANAL non plus (haha, a little french joke) Microrouting for ABC iView would be great for my wife, but I don't think it's possible - just like BBC iPlayer. Maybe you do mean 210ms total. Did you notice the first hop is 130ms? So, the difference is about 190ms to Amsterdam. Quote Share this post Link to post
