Thanks zhang888. In the forum I can read something about the Chaos Computer Club but I don't know... Could it be they are hiding for "good" reasons?

This service is not affiliated with the CCC in any way. A quick search revealed a high number of chinese/japanese websites though it's not a good indicator. Be careful with this one.
